It is NOT identical to using At-Start stacks! I WISH it was! If you want to
later update any of your pieces or deck options or such, you will have to
manually update possibly recreate all of your Pre-defined Setups which is not
the case with At start stacks.
Pre-defined setups are easier to make, but a royal BITCH to maintain, if you
are doing any upgrading to your module later to make use of new features etc.
