Gee Gary,
What do you expect? You're loading up, what, 54 play cards, each 525x1221
pixels on top of your 2200x1300 board. Each card image requires 2.6Mb before
you start zooming it (4 bytes pizel once loaded).
You can get a very rough estimate of the amount of memory your module is using
by opening the Windows Task Manager, going to the Processes tab and turning on
Virtul Memory Size and Memory Usage in the View -> Select Columns option.
Seems to be somewhere in the order of 370Mb, so a 512Mb heap size is a must.
