That depends on how you have implemented 'owning' a piece. If you have used the 
'Restrict Access' trait to limit access to a particular side, you can't change 
the 'ownership'. Usually, you would just do this by having a Layer trait with 
two levels showing the different colors/symbols/etc. and have a command that 
changes between the two.

Click the Retire button and rejoin the game as an 'Observer', then save the 
game for your pre-defined setup.
