[vassalengine] ALWAYS forget to "begin log" in PBEM! Doh!

If this is not already a planned feature, it would be cool to be able 
to force the program to prompt to "begin log file" when loading a log 
file.
I mainly use VASSAL in PBEM mode and I always forget to begin the damn 
log file (must be a cyberboard habit...), as do my opponents.
