Thoughts please.
It seems to me that there are 3 places where you might want VASSAL to
auto-prompt to start a new log file:
1. After creating a New Game.
2. After loading a Saved game that does not have any log steps.
3. After clicking Step-Forward on the last step of log file containing steps.
Are we happy to have just one Preference ('Auto-prompt new log files?') that
covers all 3, or do we need separate preferences for each of the three
situations?
Do we want to go straight to the 'Create Log File' Filechooser dialog (which
does not actually have a title, so will be confusing), or precede this with a
dialog
Create new Log File Yes/No?
