Unfortunately it doesn't work, at least for me. I point the mouse 
exactly over the destination hex's center dot, but it keeps dropping 
apparently randomly on an adjacent hex. This is even worse when 
there's a stack in the vicinity, it seems. Bah, never mind... I'll 
zoom to the max and use UNDO until I get it...
