You could add the scenario setups directly to the module. Try adding
a "Pre-defined Setup" to the root node in the module editor. Choose
"Contains sub-menus", call it something like "Load Scenarios", and then
add your scenarios underneath it.

(I think this answers a question someone else had today, as well.)
