Hello:
Im not that experienced with vassal, so pardom my ignorance. I
got a new computer with vista and am having two problems.
1) I can only get vassal to start through the web site. If I don;t
do that it gives an error message. It says it cant find a version of
JRE 1.4+. I assume this referrs to Java. I loaded the latest
version (1.6).
2) When instaling vassal, the website recommended creating the
directory in c:\program files\vassal. It successfully installed, and
when I open the vassal through the web site, I am able to access the
modules in the directory. However, windows explorer does not detect
this directory. If I want to send a file right now I am having to
save the file on the desktop first asnd attach it from the desktop.

Does anyone else have similar situations or a solution?

Thanks

-David
