Hi, I am using Vassal for card game. it is usefull. But i still wonder how can i make players see the back of other players's hand.
I could use zones on main map, but there are too many cards and everybody dont have a 25" screen. So i still use séparate windows for players'hand. I got a solution, each player got a card with layers they can set up to say : i got X red cards, Y bleu cards, Z yellow cards. But this solution ruin the dynamic of the game. Some player forget to actualise the card, there are mistakes and so on. I wanna automatise the actualisation. But i cant use a command "if blablabla, then blablabla" in the blank of the éditor. I am limited to and, or, =, >, <. If we could acces to "if", "then", "for", we could automatise lots of game. it ll help a lot for gameplay. So my questions are : is there an other way to show back of hand cards ? Is any way to get automatisation of the game ? Regards, Alexandre. PS, sry for crap english ...
