You might find some more errors are being written to the console. You can open a console window and execute the one-line command in the VASSAL.batfile, changing javaw.exe to java.exe. It's likely that fixing this will require re-installing Java anyway so you might want to go ahead and just do that. rk [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
