Actually, AOL didn't hook up to the net until around 1995. Victory Games folded in 1989, four years before Tim Berners-Lee inventet the WWW, at a time when Internet was still known as ARPANET and the only gaming resources were mailing lists and UseNet. Anyway, Victory Games were a subsidiary Avalon Hill, so presumable their assets is now owned by Hasbro. The legal situasjon should be no different from the myriad of AH modules currently available for VASSAL.
