Menu can be done. should not be an issue. For now, we follow Microsoft's impl, adding individual apps to the host menu. I never used VMware Unity mode, does it display the whole xp menu? If so, I wonder whether it simply show the menu from the vm? or re-implement the menu using host APIs? any ideas? does it work on Linux host?

Having system tray icon integration on Linux host is gonna be a PITA. KDE and GNOME have different standards for alpha-channel icons for system tray. What about standard menu integration? VMlite has only specific guest applications integrated on host's menu, not whole guest's menu. VMware in their "Unity mode" have done a custom menu. -- -Alexey Eromenko "Technologov" _______________________________________________ vbox-dev mailing list [email protected] http://vbox.innotek.de/mailman/listinfo/vbox-dev
