Hi Alexey,

Thanks for your advice.

But I can't start Win 7 always popu repair mode. After finishing running the
said mode the VM closes/exits. Starting it again repeats the same steps. I
can't understand why? Any advice? TIA

Just installed a new Win 7 VM on Win 7 installer, 64 bit. It worked nicely
without complaint. Finally Win 7 started.

Where is the package GuestAddition? Do I have to download it separately on
Oracle website? Or it is not needed on this version of VBox?

This message is a warning, not an error, just click "OK", and VM will
continue running.
