Thanks. That did the trick. Only issues now are the hugh cpu overhead
[1] & having to reactivate WinXP. On this install I'll stick with VMWare
Player less I end up screwing up the VM. I'll try on another install
with another WinXP drive conversion later.

[1] VMware Player is only showing about 14% cpu overhead & VBox (latest
version) is showing 80%. No, not trying to run at the same time & yes, I
do have several other VBox VM's on other machines.
