Please do not top-post.  Please reply in-line.  It's far easier for
people to follow.

The data you cite above exists in the .vdi (the virtual disk) and will
exist after you uninstall VBox 3.x.

When you uninstall VBox 3.x, you're only uninstalling the software,
not any of the ancillary data:  VM's, etc.
