As in, creating the VM and loading O/S X?  Or just creating the VM.
It's all very trivial to do ... why not try and post your questions to
the list?

Sure, they'll just need to copy the bits from DVD (the VM will be too
big to fit on a single CD) to their local HDD.  You'll need to ensure
each student has X GiB of free space.  You'll want a pre-req of having
the students install VirtualBox before your arrival as well.

Logically, you do the import but in practice, you copy the VM and use
`vboxmanage' to generate a new UUID - google away and you'll get the
magic juju beans on how to do this.
