Unless you are using OSE Virtualbox that was compiled by your Operating system distribution, or you compiled yourself from source, I think that businesses should buy a license for VirtualBox if using from-site binary.
Now USB modules and others are separated in plug-in that is downloaded and installed separately in Virtualbox, but nevertheless, I think you can express your gratitude to makers of those binaries, by paying to them for business use and I do not know better way for gratitude expressions to large corporations and their teams.
