Hi All,Firstly apologies for the noise that the list appears to be coming under. This is, unfortunately, beyond my control.
I am maintaining logs of the messages, both those that have been sent to this list, my personal email address, my personal website comments form and my corporate website's contact form. This person however, has used anonymising techniques so I cannot personally do anything about it.
I have been happy to ignore these, but am starting to sense that they will not abate.
Emails that truly come from me are usually (not always) digitally signed as [email protected]. They will also always originate (as stated in the SPF record) from my corporate mail servers.
As I am certain that the miscreant is a member of this list I will state that if this activity continues and you continue to abuse this list then I will seek legal representation to invoke the UK Communications Act 2003, Section 127 to attempt to obtain information from third parties and identify and process you accordingly to UK Law.
I'm sure you've had your fun, but I think everyone else, including myself are getting tired of you.
