Hi John, Thanks for coming back to me. It is not there unless I install it manually. When I did that I had to add a USB port as all that was listed was LPT, serial ports and an XPS port. After adding the USB port it shows a USB Printer port. Selected that and it installed fine, but Device Manager shows an unknown USB device and I can't print. It should just Plug & Play but there is some problem and no connection is made. Ran the troubleshooting procedure and all the hubs are fine, just an Unknown device which is the printer.
