Your conclusion is utterly wrong. Only few VBox developers may have
Java, not the average VBox user.
VBox does not come with Java, and does not depend on it. No reason for
the typical VBox user to install Java whatsoever.

But many users have installed Java independently. (as it comes
pre-loaded on many Windows machines)
