Second try<1>, hopefully with the first regression fixed. I have already found one new one myself: I started a terminal, switched to seamless mode, switched to a virtual terminal and back and cancelled the switch back to seamless. Result: the second guest screen was set to a 0x0 resolution (checked with xrandr) and blacked out.
All additional testing is welcome, I will fix my regression tomorrow and any others (if there are any, which is quite likely) as fast as I can as they are reported! Thanks!
