Hello Louis, Hint handling was actually one of the things which should be fixed. Remembering saved modes is not compatible between old and new Additions (I could have fixed that, but normally it will only be needed once, when you upgrade, so I preferred to keep the code simple and hopefully reliable), as the new mechanism works for all guest screens and not just the first one, and saves more information. Expect that to change again once in the near future though I'm afraid.
Does remembering modes work when you shut down and start up again with new Additions? Thanks and regards, Michael On 04.12.2014 21:55, Louis King Jr wrote: > Apparently the "Hint" preference was fixed because now if I set the > Display Hint in VirtualBox to 1920x1080 it actually opens to that size. > Hint never worked before. > > On Thu, Dec 4, 2014 at 3:49 PM, Louis King Jr <[email protected] > <mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: > > Michael. > > The problem I had yesterday is fixed.
