tests, but my results were inconclusive. Windows guests on Windows 7 x64

That means, that even with PV clock disabled, clock skew wasn't so bad in
my tests.

All of the Intel E1000 perform fast in Vbox. But with some optimization,
VirtIO can become faster (as it is faster in KVM by many multiples, x3...
x4). But those tests were done in VirtualBox 3.1 era. (year 2010)
