I hope devs read this thread and can comment on the problem, they
might also want to ask you for log files, so they can investigate
better what is going on.

I haven't seen a changelog for test builds. Sorry.

You might want to join the virtualbox-dev mailing list and ask the
developers directly over there. I think the general idea of test
builds is to have them periodically and automatically generated... if
they spent time documenting each change that would be very time
consuming.
