Julian,

Look at the top of the screen. There is a devices menu there. At the bottom of 
that is “Insert Guest Additions CD Image”. Do that and read the CD in the 
guest. If you are running in Full Screen you won’t see the menu until you run 
the mouse to the top of the screen.
