that's more effort than it sounds. At the moment we just push out a new test build if we think it's worth to do so. Adding changelog items to the wiki page is more manual effort and we prefer to point users in corresponding tickets directly to the page. Another reason for not explicitly mentioning changes/fixes in test builds is that we don't want to discourage a user from installing these builds, even if the fix he is waiting for is not explicitly listed in the changelog.
