Known issue, otherwise we would have changed the status on the supported 
OS page (Solaris working without network means that it doesn't work). 
We're waiting for some info from Sun what that Solaris pcn driver does 
which makes our AMD PCNet device not work properly. IIRC it
works slightly better (but still not fully) if you use host interface 
networking and a fixed guest IP instead of NAT and DHCP. We tried it a 
while ago with sol-10-u3-ga-x86-dvd.iso which can be downloaded.
