Dear friends, Thanks for the information, I have tried the suggestion and now I can get the VBox installed in my Ubuntu.
I am a newbie in Linux world :) I try to install Guest O/S (mandrake) within the Vbox that run from UBUNTU. I notice that my physical CD-ROM is detected as /media/cdrom0 and the VBox CD_ROM Emulator in UBUNTU only read from /dev/cdrom. I have tried to execute the command: mount /media/cdrom0 /dev/cdrom but it seems that when I put in the Mandrake installation CD in the drive and have execute the mount command above, after I start the Mandrake VMachine, the Mandrake installation CD is not detected by VBox engine (do I make a mistake in the mount command?) I can list the content of Mandrake installation CD from within /media/cdrom0 (this mean the content of the CD is not corrupted). Anyone have face the same situation? Appreciate the feedback.
