While dumping the gmane.comp.emulators.virtualbox.general bit bucket, I
heard manaltzt say:

Create and format the new partition as FAT32 or NTFS, so your Windows
operating system can see it. Only the virtual drive ned be a Linux
compatible file system, not the host...
