It seems you are experiencing the 2.2 uninstall problem that others
were observing as well.
Just for confirmation could you post the setupapi & msi logs for
your uninstall as described here

That does not work, trying remove from Software i get an "serious

I try to go into the Properties of my LAN Interface and it is broken.
There is only shown:

Now i boot into Secure Mode and reinstall the Network Interface after
deleting it.
