That is not the point.

Let's to concentrate on the main question that is disabling network support from VBox in order to prevent guest os to have networking.

So I think you aren't mainstream user :-) (I felt the same when I asked about MS-DOS support)
Rather don't expect that developers will satisfy your needs quickly .
Priories at the moment are : SMP , stability ,etc .  I guess .
