I am trying to get a freeBSD guest up on an ubuntu host which also has,
or had, a w2k guest and an xp guest. Neither of those other two work any
longer. When I installed the freeBSD host, I ran out of room, so I moved
a directory containing the disk images used to install the ms guests to
a different partition. I then added the images to vbox back in at their
new location and deleted the old images from vbox. I also changed the
network shared directory in each ms guest from a single directory under
my home directory to my home directory itself and deleted the
specification for the old shared directory. That's all that's different.
I think.

Now both guest's refuse to boot with
 'failed to load HGCM (VERR_INVALID_PARAMETER)'

The settings for those two guests are no longer available. They settings
icons are greyed out. So it looks like I'm just SOL. Am I? What did I do
wrong?
