-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I am trying to get a freeBSD guest up on an ubuntu host which also has, or had, a w2k guest and an xp guest. Neither of those other two work any longer. When I installed the freeBSD host, I ran out of room, so I moved a directory containing the disk images used to install the ms guests to a different partition. I then added the images to vbox back in at their new location and deleted the old images from vbox. I also changed the network shared directory in each ms guest from a single directory under my home directory to my home directory itself and deleted the specification for the old shared directory. That's all that's different. I think.
Now both guest's refuse to boot with 'failed to load HGCM (VERR_INVALID_PARAMETER)' The settings for those two guests are no longer available. They settings icons are greyed out. So it looks like I'm just SOL. Am I? What did I do wrong? -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJLM3hiAAoJEL6Y7v/+eHMy7mEH/1mnTyxXZ0xX3lY6tpyB69JZ +Eehri/KnKyplmp3diUjF/ErwWgonnZc7aMEph1KhefL/Uh/thJM4I6XLwM5YtPV qUCje1Yud97KJbZzPc4w21qyA30Xb24zfbTg+e3zTcd2W2I9haCBCsb1ast7iP7e Exfph1AAAhokgDWSWWItuov4b0If2ZWOf0rUsrojNor6YjoPV1uUcf+H7fBngf8H dbcZcfrfVPzQGduUIRThp1EGKMx4h7GpNoFpAvhR9O3DyTXC5J85Wvr9wtNLzqFh x4O5ZPHA1HHKdClsm88Jc0y/VBtSO8f2Yxuq8vzgApQooUiC/HQDJydLxcFaESU= =gnbX -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ vbox-users mailing list [email protected] http://vbox.innotek.de/mailman/listinfo/vbox-users
