No open relay, but users with pop accounts can relay. I have used Vpopmail 5.3.x with qmail-pop3d and qmail 1.03.
I have done the configuration as per " The qmail handbook" and all users on the subnet are able to relay as they are included in tcp.smtp . With searching the knowledge bases and "Life with Qmail" I still have no answer to this problem.
