[vchkpw] Strange Behaviour

Hi all,
I'm new to the list and If this post has allready discoused, sorry. 

I've installed and compiled vpopmail-5.3.20 with this options,
./configure  --enable-clear-passwd \
--enable-roaming-users=y \
--enable-vpopuser=vpopmail \
--enable-vpopgroup=vchkpw \
--enable-tcprules-prog=/usr/local/bin/tcprules \
--enable-tcpserver-file=/home/vpopmail/vmail/etc/tcp.smtp \
--enable-relay-clear-minutes=30 \
--enable-learn-passwords=y \
--enable-logging=v \
--enable-log-name=vpopmail \
--enable-default-domain=gosecure.pt \
--enable-harquota \
--enable-learn-passwords=y \
--enable-users-big-dir=y \
--enable-md5-passwords=y \
--enable-file-locking=y \
--enable-defaultquota=50M \
--enable-domainquotas=y \
--enable-many-domains=y 

After that I replaced /var/qmail/bin/qmail-local with vqmaillocal, and I 
bellieved that everything was running smothly but It was'nt. I started to 
see a lot, really a lot of bounced mail, take a look at this bounced message

Qmail, or vpopmail, or whatever lost the From: and replaced the [EMAIL PROTECTED] 
with [EMAIL PROTECTED] 

This only stopped when I replaced vqmaillocal with the original qmail-local. 

What happend? 

I'm running qmail, vpopmail, sqwebmail, on a RedHat 8 box.
