You are missing the lib check and make sure you have it installed on your machine. I would guess some devel lib from mysql.

One NIC uses public IP addresses (12.21.237.x) to access the Internet. The second NIC uses 192.168.237.X. All networking is over 192.168.237.0/255.255.255.0. MySQL server can only be accesses over the internal network.
