-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I've started looking in to how to use confluence to manage the main site (incubator.apache.org/vcl). Does this sound like a good idea to others? I think using a wiki makes more sense than trying to manage pages in some kind of editor using svn checkouts of the content. More info about maintaining our main site can be found here:
http://incubator.apache.org/guides/sites.html To use confluence, it seems there is an autoexport plugin that has to get enabled to get the content mirrored to /www/confluence-exports on people.apache.org. Also, it looks like we may need another confluence "space" that's just for maintaining main site documentation that's only available to VCL people who have signed a CLA. Am I correct about this? If so, who can go about setting that up for us?
