Patch Set 4: For now, this is halfway implicit/explicit: VDSM writes an ifcfg file with NM_CONTROLLED=no. A few moments later, NM reads the file (thanks to inotify or another mechanism) and stops managing the given device. An explicit (+ synchronous) way (through 'nmcli connection load', and again without the need for specific configuration) may be necessary to prevent races which are possible, in theory at least. -- To view, visit https://gerrit.ovirt.org/56365 To unsubscribe, visit https://gerrit.ovirt.org/settings Gerrit-MessageType: comment Gerrit-Change-Id: I3eb80b3a280abd72c7084860467aca12907d0477 Gerrit-PatchSet: 4 Gerrit-Project: vdsm Gerrit-Branch: master Gerrit-Owner: Ondřej Svoboda <[email protected]> Gerrit-Reviewer: Dan Kenigsberg <[email protected]> Gerrit-Reviewer: Edward Haas <[email protected]> Gerrit-Reviewer: Fabian Deutsch <[email protected]> Gerrit-Reviewer: Jenkins CI Gerrit-Reviewer: Ondřej Svoboda <[email protected]> Gerrit-Reviewer: Petr Horáček <[email protected]> Gerrit-Reviewer: gerrit-hooks <[email protected]> Gerrit-HasComments: No _______________________________________________ vdsm-patches mailing list [email protected] https://lists.fedorahosted.org/mailman/listinfo/vdsm-patches
