Patch Set 4:

For now, this is halfway implicit/explicit: VDSM writes an ifcfg file with 
NM_CONTROLLED=no. A few moments later, NM reads the file (thanks to inotify or 
another mechanism) and stops managing the given device.

An explicit (+ synchronous) way (through 'nmcli connection load', and again 
without the need for specific configuration) may be necessary to prevent races 
which are possible, in theory at least.
