Work with customer to assist with support and development transition for ServiceNow SaaS solution ii. Assist with knowledge transfer between vendors through knowledge transfer to and from resources, creating documentation, where needed, serving as reviewer of documentation schedule and details iii. Review and refine requirements and develop workable application solutions to business problems iv. Design, develop, upgrade, test, implement, and document software components of ServiceNow applications v. Assess, create, enhance and detail administrative, operational and technical policies and procedures vi. Work independently and/or within teams throughout all phases of the development lifecycle vii. Create technical specification from logical design and functional specifications. viii. Develop new applications and application enhancements. ix. Maintain application code. x. Develop reusable components and applications. xi. Interact with Customer and its third party suppliers as required to perform the Vendor’s Services. xii. Adhere to Customer’s defined standards, processes and tools. xiii. Create test procedures and test scripts. xiv. Perform unit testing and quality reviews. xv. Perform knowledge transfer to customer’s support teams. xvi. Identify and implement corrective preventive measures to resolve defects due pre-production testing and post production warranty period. xvii. Perform software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software reviews, identification of code metrics, software risk analysis and software reliability analysis, as necessary. xviii. Integrate software with existing systems and interfaces as necessary. *Qualifications * i. BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience ii. Two to five years of experience in developing code and acting as a key contributor on project teams iii. Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow and related software tools, platforms, processes and languages such as ServiceNow administration, configuration, scripting, workflow management, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, web services, etc. iv. Experience working with databases and database queries v. Proficiency in analysis, leadership, and communication skills (written and oral) vi. ITIL V3/2011/2012 Foundations Certification required vii. Two years of ServiceNow general experience required viii.
