We run 2 Windows Portal Servers. The Database is on Solaris 9 running on a SunFire-15K domain w/ 16 Processors and 64GB of RAM. It's a shared server so this isn't the only Oracle DB on it. Load on this domain is high 24/7... The DB is currently ~25GB in size.
