Just to report that I think virtually all of the graph rendering is now working on the qt4 branch. It certainly renders all the examples okay (maybe some slight text positional fudging is required however).

I've taken the opportunity to move to using floats instead of integers when drawing with QPainter (introduced in Qt4). This means that we can use the same DPI when printing as drawing on the screen, which means the hatching and line styles will probably be more WYSIWYG. The antialiasing also means that the marker styles are more accurate on the screen.

David - I'll have a quick stab at updating the editing toolbar (the tree editor) to work with Qt4. I believe you haven't got started yet...
