hmm.. I have retested it on OS X Mavericks, and it is no longer working right. (or I just made a mistake on my first reply. Sorry about this)
Seems like the saved files lose all graphs and revert to default (loses all imported data and pathways). So no change from 1.18 as far as I can tell.
