Mark: I'm gonna keep pluggin along. It's been a dream for as long as i can
remember. I had to take a break. I was writing (or researching) 16 hours a day
and it got to be like that four letter word (WURK) LOL, so I had to take a
little break, but have been working on it a little this past week. Mostly
correcting mistakes and rewording sentences etc, Chuck

Dail: I appreciate any and all help. You can see in my letter to Mark that I
am VERY familiar with the Wilson's work and I even had a great friend (Tony
LOL) who send me a several of their "Bully Bluegill Fly" flies that was tied
and autographed by the Wilson's themselves. The internet itself makes writing a
book much easier nowadays than in yesteryear where you had to do a lot more
asphalt pounding doing your research. Man, this is all making me think about
Sowbug and how bad I want to make it there someday. I missed last year (and the
year before) cause of finances and this year ain't looking so hot as we're in
the process of moving and are remodeling at the new place a little along as we
can afford the materials, but if there is anyway possible to make Sowbug 2010
I'll sure be there. Even if I didn't get to tie I'd get to meet ppl like
yourself and all the other great folks here that go there. My wife did recently
go back to work after having her knee replacement. She's only working three
days a week now because of the economy, but maybe i can talk to her boss and
tell him we need some Sowbug money and could he work her 8 days a week LOL..
Just like the old Beatles song..One good thing. I hate being told no, so I
don't think I'm gonna go the "send off a manuscript to 100 different publishers
and wait on the rejection letters" LOL, so I think I'll self publish and just
put out a book on CD. But, I do have a cpl ideas of regular paper and ink
publishers that I don't think will give me that NO word LOL.. Chuck

Chuck- "Bluegill...Fly Fishing and Flies" Terry and Roxanne Wilson ,
Frank Amato Publications would be a nice reference. They are also well
respected contributors to FFF and other fishing pubs. as well as several
seminars at many FFF conclaves across the country. Perhaps you may already
know this and if so please disregard this email. Trying to help out and am
looking forward to your book. Dail Graham

And this reminds me. I have over half a book written about fly
fishing/tying for bluegills and I need to get back to work and finish it, cause
they are the MOST caught species of freshwater fish caught, PERIOD, yet one of
the least written about. Chuck

"Bluegills actutally are one of the most popular fly rod species in the
Midwest, at least in terms of numbers caught. They aren't talked or written
about as much as other species, but their available and willing to take a fly."
