I think that it would have to be someone who is resident in the USA that
meisters the swap or there could be customs or tax problems.

Generally I don't have to pay when bringing across the border for personal
use, but large quantities may be a different matter.

Byard used to meister them and do the plucking & repackaging.

 

If someone had the time and inclination, and was a long-standing member of
the VFB in good standing and accessible by other VFB-ers, I could get them
set up with Dr. Tom to get wholesale pricing on 'co-op' saddles.

 

This time he will send the re-packaging bags and header cards, so there's no
problem with his re-packaging rules.
