Hi Sam; I understood what you meant by your comment but, that said I think others found it a bit harsh. That's the problem with email replies, they can often be interpreted many ways. Thick skin and carefull thought on replies always helps on both sides. I for one would like to see you stay and I think most if not all others do too! Wayneb
