Our local TU chapter would like to help the local scout troop start a flyfishing program. Rather than re-invent the wheel, we would ask for advice on the best way to do this - and the pitfalls to avoid. One of our directors said that he had heard that the BSA had a restriction on the types of fur and feathers for flies: we doubt if this is true and would value any help.
