I agree, Jimmy is the best source. If you contact your local troop (or council) they can help. They have a leader program to allow people with the knowledge and expertise to help in obtaining these badges. Jimmy sent me a 3 page pamphlet on this badge last year, it was the new release. I'll try to find it and mail you a copy
