I appreciate your kindness in elaborating this practice to me.  Because of my ignorance I confused this "roe fishing" with what i consider bait fishing but now that everything is clear i do agree that it is wrong to catch fish just to use their roe or to practice this technique of fishing for any reasons except for substinance fishing where people are in dear need for food.  I totally agree with the banning of this process because it seems inhumane to me but maybe thats only my point of view.
