Since this list is international, you must be from Iraq where anyone can condem their leader. I take my fish and s-l-o-w-l-y rip the lips off before I use my nippers on the tail. Takes hours but we all know a well trimmed fillet is worth the effort. I get a kick out of inserting my pocket knife in the arse of the fishy and ripping up the gut to the gills. Removing the entrails is a hand job and I try to get that vein just under the spine before searing. Want some recipes Deb?
