I lay a net across the river, so as to make sure none get by me. Then, the next day I go gather 'em
ALL in and take 'em home. I hand some out to the neighbors (some eat 'em but I think some throw them
away, must not care for fish...) Since our freezers already full, I just give the rest a decent
burial in my garden. They make great fertilizer ya know!

LOL,
I like your style Murf.
Personally I like to use the rod and a small fly, but once landed I spike the fish into the ground
and do an endzone dance. Sometimes we eat them after this ritual and sometimes we set them free and
take bets on how far down stream the fish will get before it goes belly up.

Specifical, how do you catch the fish and what do you (most) do with it?
If I'm out of dynamite, I pour gallons of Clorox in the stream to kill as many as I can. Clorox
kills most of the germs on fish so I can eat them like sushi. The guts go into my compost bin so I
don't waste as much. I wear a .357 magnum in case any biguns try to run out of the pool. If I
choose to use a rod, I hand tie my flys on treble hooks the size of my hand. That way I can drag
the weighted fly over the fish's back and snag em. Gotta go, the neighbor's dog is in the yard and
we're having a Korean dinner tonight.
Full freezer in Maryland so come over and have dinner some time.
