I enjoyed fishing, but always got bored with simple nightcrawlers. I
tried to teach myself how to fish with various lures, but nobody around
me ever did...I preferred switching things around, rapalas, spinnerbaits
- I don't sit still well.

I was in Jackson Hole, WY, and got to take some free casting lessons
with Jack Dennis. Because of time constraints, I didn't get to fish out
there (and still kicking myself), but fell in love with the casting.
Bought a fly rod the next summer, a tying kit by winter, and now look at
me....

Living would be easier if men showed as much patience at
home as they do when they're fishing.
